Configuration and tuning of the drive system

We configure your bike with the software and hardware to suit your needs. These settings are a very important point and determine the rideability of the bike and therefore your fun and enjoyment factor. This allows us to better reflect the actual conditions on off-road trails. An automatic never really works well off-road. It is therefore important that you understand the correlations between tuning/performance and which gear you choose. We will help you to understand the physics behind this and apply it correctly. This will allow you to make much better use of the enormous performance of your bike. Later adjustments can be made without any problems.

Engine software / transmission

The motor software can be modified and adapted to a large extent. Our systems offer up to 9 support levels. Each level can be freely configured. With the "Starting Angle", we can adjust the reaction of the motor to the pedal travel, which makes it much easier to start off on a hill.

  • Assistance = ratio between motor and pedaling power
  • Max. Support force in % of max. motor power
  • Acceleration = How quickly the selected assistance level is available.
  • Starting Angle = angle of movement on the pedal until the motor supports.

Our bikes are equipped with 12 gears, from 11 to 52 teeth with a 36-tooth chainring on the motor.
It all sounds terribly complicated... but it's not.

  • Cassette = 11 - 52 teeth
  • Chainring = 36 teeth
  • Bandwidth = 472 %
  • i = 0.69 - 3.27
